Some Musings on Family

Today is the first year that BC is having their annual family day. While it is really nice to have an extra holiday, I have some mixed feelings about the day. But I would still like to share my appreciation for my family on this day. I love my family so much. They are the shit. For reals.
My mom is sweet and adorable. She is so incredibly thoughtful and generous, she does so much for other people without asking for anything in return. My dad is really mellow, which I think is where I get that from. He gets along well with everyone. He's funny and goofy and he has a really good heart. My parents have been together for 27 years which I think is so incredible. They are so helpful and put up with my bullcrap like my indecisive life decisions and the fact that I spend all my money on clothes when I should be saving. My brother is so amazingly talented its stupid. He is really supportive and helpful and I really just want him to meet a nice girl and start having babies so I can have some adorable nieces and nephews. He will make a really good papa one day. Hopefully that statement doesn't terrify him.
I am really lucky that I have these people in my life and I wouldn't trade them in for anyone else.
